Meet Serge Droban

Hailing from Los Angeles California and Nashville Tennessee, Serge the  Musicians Institute alumni has not only been a multi instrumentalist and virtuoso guitarist for almost 20 years but has also been in the industry over a decade. Starting as a musician on the flute from the age of 7 and going on to  learn classical piano and guitar at age 8. Progressing very quickly he started his own band by age 14 and recorded his first EP as well as embarking on his first national tour by age 15. He has since played and recorded on many records and toured with nationally touring acts in Los Angeles and Nashville and remains a prominent personality and teacher in the guitar space on Youtube.

Professional Experience 

He has worked with the likes of major producers and record labels, as well as written music and performed with artists such as Dr. Dre, L.A. Reid, Mike Portnoy (dream theater), Dave Lombardo (Slayer), Dave Ellefson (Megadeth), and Island Def Jam Recordings, Ill Nino, Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters/Rush), Adam Kagan (Rihanna, Kanye West, and more), and toured/written music for TNA Pro Wrestling personality Goldy Locks receiving two Dove Award Nominations alongside Billboard #2 spot on the Billboard Contemporary Jazz Chart.

Teaching Philosophy

Throughout Serge's career one of his greatest joys and accomplishments has been teaching. His Elite online guitar lessons focus on the fundamentals on speed, technique, phrasing, composition and musicality. His coaching Personalized dedicated players who are committed to becoming the best they can be. guitar and piano and sharing his knowledge of multiple genres, fast licks, and music theory. His mission is too positively influence, inspire, and grow with his students, and help make the next generation of great musicians.
